Do you have a minimum order?
No. Photograph My Product can shoot one product or a full range. The process stays the same, we just scale the setup.
How does pricing work?
Photograph My Product prices per final image, based on setup complexity and retouching level. Once we know your products, shot types and image count, we send a clear estimate.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 5-7 working days once products arrive and the brief is confirmed. If you have a deadline, tell us and we will confirm what is realistic.
Do you return products?
Yes, we can return items via tracked courier at an additional cost, and where possible we will ship them back using the same packaging they arrived in.
What files do we receive?
Typically high-resolution JPEGs, plus web-ready versions if requested. PNGs and layered files can be supplied when needed.
What does retouching include?
Standard clean-up includes dust removal, minor marks, edge refinement, and background clean-up. Heavy scratches, label rebuilds, and composites are priced as advanced retouching.
